କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି : ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ମୌସୁମୀ ବର୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ମଣ୍ଡିଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ଅବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଦେଖାଦେଇଛି। ଉଚିତ୍ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଓ ରକ୍ଷଣାବେକ୍ଷଣ ଅଭାବରୁ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ କଷ୍ଟଲବ୍ଧ ଧାନ ଏବେ ଖୋଲା ଆକାଶ ତଳେ ପଡ଼ିରହି ନଷ୍ଟ ହେବାକୁ ବସିଲାଣି। ବର୍ଷା ପାଣିରୁ ଧାନକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ନିଜସ୍ୱ ଉଦ୍ୟମରେ ପଲିଥିନ ଘୋଡ଼େଇ ରଖିଥିଲେ ହେଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶା କମିବାର ନାଁ ନେଉନାହିଁ। ମଣ୍ଡିଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ରାତ୍ରି ସମୟରେ କୌଣସି ଜଗୁଆଳି ବା ସୁରକ୍ଷାକର୍ମୀ ନଥିବାରୁ ଦୈନନ୍ଦିନ ଧାନ ବସ୍ତା ଚୋରି ହେଉଥିବା ଦେଖିବାକୁ ମିଳୁଛି। ବର୍ଷା ଦାଉ ସାଙ୍ଗକୁ ଚୋର ଭୟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦୁଃଖ ଉପରେ ପୁଣି ଦୁଃଖର ବୋଝ ଲଦି ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।ସରକାରଙ୍କ ତରଫରୁ ରବି ଧାନ କିଣା ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାର ସମୟସୀମା ଶେଷ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହାକୁ ପୁଣି ୩ ଦିନ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। କିନ୍ତୁ ମଣ୍ଡିରେ କେବଳ ଧାନ 'ପରଚେଜ୍' ବା କାଗଜପତ୍ର କାମ କରାଯାଇ ଧାନ ବସ୍ତାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ସେମିତି ମଣ୍ଡିରେ ପକାଇ ରଖାଯାଇଛି, ମିଲର୍ସମାନେ ଧାନ ଉଠାଉ ନାହାନ୍ତି। ଏହାର ସୁଯୋଗ ନେଇ କେତେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ୭ କେଜିରୁ ୮ କେଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ 'କଟନୀ-ଛଟନୀ' କରା ଯାଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହେଉଛି। ଧାନ ଅଧିକ ଦିନ ଓଦା ରହିଲେ ଆଗକୁ ଏହି କଟନୀ ପରିମାଣ ଆହୁରି ବଢ଼ିବା ନେଇ ଚାଷୀକୁଳ ସନ୍ଦେହ ଓ ଆଶଙ୍କାରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଗମ୍ଭୀର ସମସ୍ୟା ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଜୁ ଜନତା ଦଳ ର ଏକ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ଦଳ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମଣ୍ଡି ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ ବ୍ଲକ ବିଜେଡି ସଭାପତି ଡାକେ ଲହଜାଲଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଏହି ଦଳ ତମ୍ବାଛଡ଼ା, ଖଇରପଦର, କାଙ୍କେରୀ ଓ ପର୍ଲା ମଣ୍ଡି ଗସ୍ତ କରି ସ୍ଥିତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ। ସେଠାରେ ହଜାର ହଜାର ଧାନ ବସ୍ତା ବର୍ଷାରେ ପଡ଼ି ଓଦା ହେଉଥିବା ଦେଖି ବ୍ଲକ ସଭାପତି ତୁରନ୍ତ ଫୋନ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଯୋଗାଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଉପ-ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଏବଂ ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କ ସହ ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ। ମଣ୍ଡିରୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ଧାନ ବସ୍ତା ଉଠାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାସହ ଯଦି ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଧାନ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଉଠା ନଯାଏ, ତେବେ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ ବିଜେଡି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ରାଜରାସ୍ତା ଅବରୋଧ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସେ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।ଏହି ମଣ୍ଡି ପରିଦର୍ଶନ ସମୟରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପାଦିକା ସୁଶ୍ରୀ ହିରା ବାଗ, ମହିଳା ସଭାନେତ୍ରୀ ମମତା ରାଣୀ ଗୋପାଳ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଂପାଦକ ଲବଣୀ ରାଉତ, ରତନ ନାଏକ, ସନ୍ତୋଷ ପାଢ଼ୀ, କଳିନ୍ଦ୍ରୀ ଗୋପାଲ, ଶୋଷିଆ ହାତୀ, ଗୟା ଖର୍ସେଲ ଏବଂ ମାଧୁର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଗୋପାଲଙ୍କ ସମେତ ଅନେକ ଦଳୀୟ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ। ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଜ୍ୱଳନ୍ତ ସମସ୍ୟାର ତୁରନ୍ତ ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣରେ ଦାବି ହେଉଛି।

କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲା କେସିଙ୍ଗା ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଅମାଠ ଛକସ୍ଥିତ ବେହେରା ରାଇସ ମିଲ ଏବଂ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗୋଦାମକୁ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଜିଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ କ୍ରମେ ଏସିଏସଓ ଏବଂ କେସିଙ୍ଗା ତହସିଲଦାରଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତରେ ସିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ରବି ଋତୁରେ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଧାନ ମଣ୍ଡିରୁ ନ ଉଠାଇବା, ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ମିଟିଙ୍ଗକୁ ବେଖାତିର କରିବା, ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଧାନ ନ କିଣି ଦଲାଲମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଧାନ କିଣିବା ବେନିୟମ ଭାବେ ଧାନ କରିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ସିଲ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକୁ ଅବମାନନା କରି ପେଡି ପ୍ରକ୍ୟୁରମେଣ୍ଟ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ ନ କରି ମନମାନୀ କରି ପ୍ରକୃତ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ଧାନ ନ କିଣି ନିଜ ଲାଭ ପାଇଁ ବେଆଇନ ଭାବେ ଅନେକ ଧାନ ଗଚ୍ଛିତ ରଖିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରି ସିଲ କରିଛି ପ୍ରଶାସନ। ସିଲ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଭବାନୀପାଟଣାର ଏସିଏସଓ ସୋନାଲି ଖରା, କେସିଙ୍ଗା ତହସିଲଦାର ପ୍ରଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଧାନ ବ୍ଲକ ଯୋଗାଣ ଅଧିକାରୀ ସୁଶାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ସ୍ବାଇଁ ,ପୋଲିସ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ।

As part of the programme, narcotic substances seized in various criminal cases were destroyed in accordance with the prescribed legal procedures after the completion of all statutory formalities. According to police officials, the destruction of the seized contraband reflects the department’s zero-tolerance policy against the illegal trade and abuse of narcotic substances. Demand immediate lifting of paddy and extension of token validity; protest withdrawn after Tahsildar’s assurance Khariar, June 30 Hundreds of farmers staged a massive protest on Tuesday by blocking National Highway-353 near Tukla Paddy Mandi under Khariar block in Nuapada district, alleging large-scale irregularities in paddy procurement and delay in lifting their produce despite the expiry of procurement tokens. The highway blockade brought traffic to a complete standstill, with hundreds of vehicles stranded on both sides of the road for several hours, causing severe inconvenience to commuters. According to the agitating farmers, thousands of quintals of paddy have been lying in the mandi for several days as millers have failed to lift the stock. They alleged that although the validity of procurement tokens issued to many farmers is about to expire, neither the district administration nor the Food Supplies Department has taken any effective steps to resolve the issue. Demanding immediate procurement of the remaining paddy, extension of the token validity period, and a transparent and efficient procurement process, the farmers warned that they would continue their agitation until they received a written assurance from the authorities.
