SINAPALI, SEPTEMBER 13: With an aim to promote selfless service and spread awareness about cleanliness and social responsibility, Sankalp Seva Sangh, Sinapali, organised a cleanliness drive at the premises of the renowned Chandrasekhar Baba Shiva Temple. Members of the organisation gathered at the temple premises and actively participated in the cleanliness campaign. They cleaned the surroundings and removed waste and unwanted materials, contributing to a cleaner and more hygienic temple environment. Prominent social workers and members of the organisation, including Ganesh Ram Meher, Naresh Kumar Majhi, Chittaranjan Meher, Suraj Kumar Meher, Bidyadhar Sahu, Buddhadev Meher, Lingaraj Jagat, Narsingh Meher, Gourahari Meher, Tuna Mishra, Bhupendra Sahu and Mantu Meher, took part in the service activity. The temple priest and several local devotees also joined the cleanliness drive. The members also appealed to devotees to maintain cleanliness in and around the temple premises and avoid littering. They emphasised that cleanliness should not remain limited to occasional drives but should become a regular part of community life. The initiative by Sankalp Seva Sangh was widely appreciated by local intellectuals and residents. The programme not only helped improve the cleanliness of the temple premises but also conveyed an important message about collective responsibility, community service and environmental awareness.

ଚିକିଟି :୧୧/୯ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଭିତରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡ଼ିକର ସଠିକ୍ ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ ନିରନ୍ତର ତଦନ୍ତ ତଥା ତଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ପାଇଁ 2000ମସିହା ଠାରୁ ସିଆରସିସି,ବିଆରସିସି ପଦବୀ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଇତିମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କ୍ରମ ତଥା ସିଆରସିସି ଙ୍କ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ବଢ଼ି ବଢ଼ି ଯିବାରୁ ଏବଂ ନୂତନ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବାରୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସରକାର ସିଆରଜି (କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ରିସୋର୍ସ ଗୃପ)ଭାବେ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟରର ଜଣେ ଦୁଇଜଣ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ନିଜ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ଭିତରେ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୁଡିକ ବୁଲି ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ସ୍ତର ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରିବା, ସୁଧାରମୂଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବା, ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ର ଗୁଣବତ୍ତା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିବା,ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଉପକରଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ସହାୟତା, ତଥା ସମନ୍ୱୟ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପ୍ରଭୃତି ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ଏହି ସିଆରଜିଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ନ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଥାଏ। ଦକ୍ଷ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଦାୟିତ୍ବରେ ରଖାଯାଏ। ସେପରି ପିତାତଳି କ୍ଳଷ୍ଟର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଭୁକ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥପୁର ଠାରେ ୨୦୨୬-୨୭ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବର୍ଷର ତୃତୀୟ ମାସିକ କ୍ଲାଷ୍ଟର ସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୈଠକ CRCC ଶ୍ରୀ ଚିନ୍ତାମଣି ଜାନୀଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଶୈକ୍ଷିକ ଗବେଷଣା ଓ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ପରିଷଦ ତରଫରୁ ନୂତନ ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିବା CRG ଶ୍ରୀ ଲବ ସାହୁଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।ସେ ଆଗରୁ ସିଆରସିସି ଥିଲେ ଓ ଅନେକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସମ୍ବଳ ସାଧନ କର୍ମୀ ଭାବେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଭାବରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ରେ ଅଭିଜ୍ଞ ଅଟନ୍ତି। ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପ୍ରଧାନଶିକ୍ଷକ/ଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କର FLN ଗ୍ରେଡର ଶିକ୍ଷକ/ଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ। । । ଏଥିରେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ସ୍ତରର ଆକଳନ ପଦ୍ଧତି, ମୌଳିକ ଭଷା ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ଜ୍ଞାନର ଶିକ୍ଷଣକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ, ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ପ୍ରଗତି ପତ୍ର ପୂରଣ, ମୋ ଡ଼ାଏରୀର ବ୍ୟବହାର, ଶିକ୍ଷଣ ସୋପାନ ରେଜିଷ୍ଟର ପୂରଣ ପ୍ରଭୃତି ବିଷୟବସ୍ତୁର ଆଲୋଚନା ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଶିକ୍ଷାଧିକାରୀ ପନ୍ନଗଭୂଷଣ ମାଝି, ଏ ବି ଇ ଓ ନାୟକ ସେଠୀ ପରିଦର୍ଶନରେ ଆସି ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଶିକ୍ଷୟିତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ, ଶିବିରର ସୁପରିଚଳନା ଓ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳା, ଆଲୋଚନରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଙ୍କ ଅଂଶ ଗ୍ରହଣ ଦେଖି ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ।।କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ସ୍ତରୀୟ ବୈଠକ ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କ ମନୋବଳ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷତା ବୃଦ୍ଧିରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇପାରୁଛି , ଏହା ଅନୁଭବ କରିଥିଲେ।

ଆଉ କିଛିଦିନ ପରେ ବିଘ୍ନବିନାଶକ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀଗଣେଶଙ୍କ ପୂଜା। ଗଣେଶ ପୂଜାକୁ ନେଇ କୋକସରା , ଧର୍ମଗର୍ଡ ସହର ସମେତ କାଉଡୋଳା ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଗାଁ ଓ ସହରାଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଜୋରଦାର ହୋଇଛି। ପୂଜା ମଣ୍ଡପ, ସାଜସଜ୍ଜା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ସାଙ୍ଗକୁ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣରେ କାରିଗରମାନେ ଦିନରାତି ଏକ କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି।ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି କାରିଗରଙ୍କ ହାତର ସ୍ପର୍ଶରେ ମାଟି ଧୀରେଧୀରେ ଗଣେଶଙ୍କ ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ରୂପ ନେଉଛି। କେହି ମାଟିରେ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିକୁ ଆକାର ଦେଉଥିବାବେଳେ ଆଉ କେହି ରଙ୍ଗ, ଅଳଙ୍କାର ଓ ସୂକ୍ଷ୍ମ କାରୁକାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିକୁ ଶେଷ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ ଦେବାରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ଛୋଟ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ବଡ଼ ଓ ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ଗଣେଶ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଉଛି।ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପୂଜା କମିଟି, ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଓ ସାମାଜିକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଆଗୁଆ ବରାଦ ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବାରୁ କାରିଗରମାନଙ୍କ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତତା ଆହୁରି ବଢ଼ିଛି। ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅର୍ଡର ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରି ଯୋଗାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନେ ଦିନରାତି ପରିଶ୍ରମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।ଦଣ୍ଡପାଟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ବେହେରା ଗାଁର କାରିଗର ଲଳିତ ବାଣୁଆ ଓ ଦୀନବନ୍ଧୁ ବାଗ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଆକାରର ଗଣେଶ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହାତଗଢ଼ା ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପ୍ରତି ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଭକ୍ତ ଓ ପୂଜା କମିଟିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବେଶ ଚାହିଦା ରହିଛି। ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଅର୍ଡର ଆସିଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ, ଗଣେଶ ପୂଜାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପୂଜା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ, ଫୁଲ, ଆଲୋକସଜ୍ଜା ଓ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସାଜସଜ୍ଜା ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ପୂଜା ଦିନ ଯେତେ ପାଖେଇ ଆସୁଛି, ବଜାରରେ ଗ୍ରାହକଙ୍କ ଭିଡ଼ ସେତେ ବଢ଼ିବ ବୋଲି ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀମାନେ ଆଶା ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ସମଗ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଗଣେଶ ପୂଜାକୁ ନେଇ ଉତ୍ସାହ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଦୀପନା ବଢ଼ିଥିବାବେଳେ, ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଧୂମଧାମରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଗଣେଶଙ୍କ ପୂଜା ପାଳନ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି।

ଆଜି ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧାମନଗର ପ୍ରଖଣ୍ଡ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କଣ୍ଟାପାରି ଗୌଡ଼ୀୟ ମଠ ପରିସରରେ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭକ୍ତିମୟ ଓ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ପରିବେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ରହ୍ମଲୀନ ଭକ୍ତି ବିକାଶ ମହାଯୋଗୀ ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ଆବିର୍ଭାବ ତିଥି ପାଳନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସାମିଲ ହେବାର ସୌଭାଗ୍ୟ ର କଥା । ଏହି ପବିତ୍ର ଅବସରରେ ମଠ ପରିସରରେ ଭକ୍ତି, ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧା ଓ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକତାର ଏକ ଅପୂର୍ବ ପରିବେଶ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଥିଲା। ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ମୃତି ଓ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ଆଦର୍ଶକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ସହ ତାଙ୍କ ଦିବ୍ୟ ଜୀବନ, ଭକ୍ତି ଓ ମାନବ ସମାଜ ପାଇଁ ରହିଯାଇଥିବା ମହତ୍ତର ବାର୍ତ୍ତାକୁ ମନେ ପକାଇବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିଲା। ପବିତ୍ର ମଠ ପରିସରରେ ସାଧୁସନ୍ଥ, ଭକ୍ତବୃନ୍ଦ ଓ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତି ଏହି ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ଆୟୋଜନକୁ ଆହୁରି ଗରିମାମୟ କରିଥିଲା। ଭକ୍ତିମୟ ପରିବେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କିଛି ସମୟ ବିତାଇବା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ଆମ ଜୀବନର ଏକ ସ୍ମରଣୀୟ ଅନୁଭୂତି ହୋଇ ରହିବ। ଏଭଳି ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ତିଥିରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇ ମହାଯୋଗୀ ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଓ ଆଧ୍ୟାତ୍ମିକ ସାନିଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁଭବ କରିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ପାଇ ନିଜକୁ ସତରେ ଧନ୍ୟ ମଣିଲୁ। ବ୍ରହ୍ମଲୀନ ମହାଯୋଗୀ ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ଚରଣରେ କୋଟି କୋଟି ପ୍ରଣାମ।

ଭଦ୍ରକ: ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବାସୁଦେବପୁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଘଟିଛି ଏକ ମର୍ମନ୍ତୁଦ ସଡ଼କ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା। ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗାଁର ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ଚାଲିଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଉ ଜଣେ ଯୁବକ ଗୁରୁତର ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଖବର ପ୍ରଚାର ହେବା ପରେ ପରିବାର ଓ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶୋକର ଛାୟା ଖେଳିଯାଇଛି। ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନା ପରିସରରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ କାନ୍ଦଣା ଓ ବୋବାଳିରେ ପରିବେଶ ଭାରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇପଡ଼ିଛି। ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଶନିବାର ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ତିନି ଜଣ ଯୁବକ ଏକ ବାଇକ୍‌ରେ ଯାଉଥିଲେ। ବାସୁଦେବପୁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ମାତାଜୀ ମଠ ନିକଟରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ସମୟରେ କୌଣସି କାରଣରୁ ବାଇକ୍‌ଟି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହରାଇ ରାସ୍ତା ମଝିରେ ଥିବା ଡିଭାଇଡରରେ ଜୋରଦାର ଭାବେ ପିଟି ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାର ତୀବ୍ରତା ଏତେ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା ଯେ, ବାଇକ୍‌ରେ ଥିବା ତିନି ଯୁବକ ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ଛିଟିକି ପଡ଼ିଥିଲେ। ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ହିଁ ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକ ଗୁରୁତର ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଆଖି ପିଛୁଳାକେ ଘଟିଥିବା ଏହି ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣା ଦେଖି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକେ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳକୁ ଧାଇଁ ଆସିଥିଲେ। ଘଟଣା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଖବର ପାଇବା ପରେ ପୋଲିସ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା। ପୋଲିସ ଗାଡ଼ିରେ ଆହତ ଯୁବକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରାଯାଇ ତୁରନ୍ତ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେଠାରେ ଡାକ୍ତର ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରି ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ, ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାରେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିବା ତୃତୀୟ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ଅବସ୍ଥା ଗୁରୁତର ଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ତାଙ୍କୁ ଡାକ୍ତରମାନେ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଯୋଗାଇ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହେଲେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉନ୍ନତ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରାଯାଇପାରେ। ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ମୃଆତ୍ମୀୟସ୍ୱଜନଙ୍କ କାନ୍ଦଣାରେ ମେଡିକାଲ୍ ପରିସର ଫାଟି ପଡ଼ୁଥିଲା। ଗୋଟିଏ ଗାଁର ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ଅକାଳ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ସମଗ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ସ୍ତବ୍ଧ କରିଦେଇଛି। ଘଟଣା ପରେ ପୋଲିସ ଦୁର୍ଘଟଣାର କାରଣ ନେଇ ତଦନ୍ତ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛି। ବାଇକ୍‌ଟି କିପରି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହରାଇ ଡିଭାଇଡରରେ ପିଟି ହେଲା, ଏହାର ପ୍ରକୃତ କାରଣ କ’ଣ ଥିଲା ଏବଂ ଘଟଣା ସମୟରେ ବାଇକ୍‌ର ଗତି କେତେ ଥିଲା, ସେନେଇ ପୋଲିସ ତଦନ୍ତ କରୁଛି। ତେବେ ଅଳ୍ପ ବୟସରେ ଦୁଇ ଯୁବକଙ୍କ ଏଭଳି ଅକାଳ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରିବାର ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଦୁଃଖ ଆଣିଦେଇଛି। ଏହି ଘଟଣା ପୁଣିଥରେ ସଡ଼କରେ ଯାତାୟାତ ସମୟରେ ସତର୍କତା, ନିୟମ ପାଳନ ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଗାଡ଼ି ଚାଳନାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ସାମ୍ନାକୁ ଆଣିଛି।

Nuapada: In a bid to strengthen night-time security, prevent crime and promote road safety, Nuapada Police conducted extensive night blocking, naka checking and drunken driving enforcement at various strategic locations across the district. The checking drive was carried out under different Police Stations, with police personnel deployed at key points to monitor vehicular movement and maintain vigilance during the night hours. Vehicles were stopped and checked, while suspicious persons and vehicles were subjected to verification as part of the security exercise. Police also intensified enforcement against drunken driving and other traffic violations. The initiative was aimed at discouraging motorists from driving under the influence of alcohol and preventing road accidents caused by reckless or unsafe driving. The night checking operation is also intended to deter criminal activities by keeping a close watch on the movement of suspicious persons and vehicles, particularly during late-night hours. Nuapada Police have reiterated their commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for the people of the district. Nuapada, September 12: A police constable posted at Lakhna Police Station has been arrested for allegedly cheating a person of ₹2 lakh on the promise of securing a government job. The accused has been identified as Jogendra Bag (39), Constable No. 105, Lakhna Police Station. According to Nuapada Police, a complaint was received on September 11 from a resident of Dangargaon under Sinapali Police Station. The complainant alleged that the accused had taken ₹2 lakh from him by promising to arrange a government job. During the course of investigation, police found that the alleged amount had been deposited into the accused’s SBI bank account on January 21, 2026. Despite repeated demands, the accused allegedly neither arranged the promised job nor returned the money. Based on the evidence collected during the investigation, a prima facie case was established against the accused under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The accused was arrested on September 12, 2026, at around 2:10 PM and was subsequently forwarded to the Hon’ble Court for judicial remand. The incident has drawn attention as it involves an alleged fraud committed in the name of securing a government job. Police have reiterated the need for people to remain cautious about individuals who make false promises of government employment in exchange for money.

Nuapada, September 12: Humanity is not measured only by what we do for people during their lifetime, but also by the dignity and respect we extend to them in their final journey. Setting an inspiring example of compassion and social responsibility, Students Raktadata Mahasangha (SRM), Nuapada, came forward to perform the last rites of a helpless and destitute person. In the absence of family members or relatives to perform the final rites, members of SRM stepped forward and took responsibility for ensuring that the deceased received a respectful and dignified farewell. The members participated in the last journey and completed the funeral rites with due respect and solemnity. The initiative reflects SRM’s commitment to humanitarian service. Manoj Patel, President of Nava Nirman Sangha, Harshavardhan Bag, Founder of SRM, along with Vicky Gupta, Asit Sabar, Sarthak Kanta, Sunil Rout, Ashok Dubey and Nirmal Ahir, among others, were present and extended their support in completing the funeral rites. The members of SRM also prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and offered their condolences. The initiative has been widely appreciated as a meaningful example of compassion, dignity and social responsibility, sending a strong message that no person should be left without respect in their final journey.
