ନୟାଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଦର୍ପନାରାୟଣପୁର ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ମା' କାଳିଆ ଷଣ୍ଢ ଠାକୁରାଣୀଙ୍କ ପୀଠ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଜରାଜୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି। ଦୀର୍ଘ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଏହି ପୀଠ ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କ ଧାର୍ମିକ ଆସ୍ଥାର କେନ୍ଦ୍ରବିନ୍ଦୁ ହୋଇଆସୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଠାରେ ବିବାହ, ମୁଦି ପିନ୍ଧା ସମେତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ମାଙ୍ଗଳିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ସମାଜର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭଦ୍ରବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ଏଠାରେ ବୈଠକ କରିଥାନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ମାଘ ମାସରେ ତିନି ଦିନିଆ ବାର୍ଷିକ ଉତ୍ସବ ଧୁମଧାମରେ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଉଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୀଠରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ମୌଳିକ ସୁବିଧାର ଘୋର ଅଭାବ ରହିଛି। ପାନୀୟ ଜଳର ସୁବିଧା ନଥିବା ବେଳେ ଥିବା ଏକମାତ୍ର ନଳକୂପରୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମଇଳା ପାଣି ବାହାରୁଛି। ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ୍ ଆଲୋକର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନଥିବାରୁ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ପରେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁମାନେ ଅସୁବିଧାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଛଡ଼ା ରୋଷେଇ ଓ ଭକ୍ତମାନଙ୍କ ରହିବା ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଘର ନାହିଁ। ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀଙ୍କ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ପୀଠର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପାଇଁ ବାରମ୍ବାର ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ମିଳିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହା ଆଜି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ହୋଇନାହିଁ। ରାଜସୁନାଖଳା–ଦର୍ପନାରାୟଣପୁର ବାଇପାସ ରାସ୍ତା କଡ଼ରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ଏହି ପୀଠ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରଶାସନର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ପଡ଼ୁନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ସେମାନେ କ୍ଷୋଭ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରଣପୁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଅନେକ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସୋଲାର ଲାଇଟ୍ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ପୀଠରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସୋଲାର ଆଲୋକ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଏବଂ ବିଶୁଦ୍ଧ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କରାଗଲେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଳୁ ଓ ବାଟୋଇମାନେ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ ବୋଲି ଅଞ୍ଚଳବାସୀ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଖବର ମାଧ୍ୟମ ଜରିଆରେ ସରକାର ତୁରନ୍ତ ଏହି ପୀଠର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ ସେମାନେ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ବରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପଦ୍ମପୁର ଉପଖଣ୍ଡ ବିଜେପୁର ସରସ୍ୱତୀ ଶିଶୁ ବିଦ୍ୟା ମନ୍ଦିରର ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ଜ୍ଞାନବିଜ୍ଞାନ ମେଳା, ପରିଚାଳନା ସମିତି ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଯଶୋବନ୍ତ ମେହେରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ପ୍ରଧାନ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଗୋକୁଳ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଷଡ଼ଙ୍ଗୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ଜ୍ଞାପନ କରିଥିଲେ । ମୁଖ୍ୟବକ୍ତା ଭାବରେ ସରକାରୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମନୋଜ କୁମାର ବେହେରା ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସୃଜନଶୀଳତା, ନୂତନ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ଏବଂ ଅନୁ ସନ୍ଧାନମୂଳକ ମନୋଭାବକୁ ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଉଦବୋଧନ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥି ଜୟନ୍ତ ପଧାନ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ସରକାରୀ ଉଚ୍ଚ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ବିଜେପୁର, ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ବିଇଓ ତଥା ପରିଚାଳନା ସମିତି ଉପ ସଭାପତି ଘନଶ୍ୟାମ ସାହୁ ଏବଂ ରୁଦ୍ରପ୍ରତାପ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ । ସହ-ପ୍ରଧାନ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସଦାନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରଧାନ ଅତିଥି ପରିଚୟ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଉମାକାନ୍ତ ଜାଲ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଘନଶ୍ୟାମ ମେହେର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ବୃତ୍ତ ପଠନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକା ଭାଗ-୧ରୁ ୧୨୪ ଜଣ, ଶିଶୁ ବାଟିକା ଭାଗ-୨ରୁ ୯୨ଜଣ, ତୃତୀୟ ଶ୍ରେଣୀରୁ ୫୨ଜଣ, ଶିଶୁ ବର୍ଗରୁ ୫୦ଜଣ, ବାଳ ବର୍ଗରୁ ୨୯ ଜଣ ଓ କିଶୋର ବର୍ଗରୁ ୭ ଜଣ ଭାଗ ନେଇଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ୨୭୪ ଜଣ, ଗଣିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ୮୦ ଜଣ, ମୋଟ ୩୫୪ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ଶିଶୁ ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀ ଭାଗ ନେବା ସହିତ ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଗଣିତ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ମଞ୍ଚ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନମଞ୍ଚ, ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନମଞ୍ଚ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ, ଗଣିତ ପ୍ରୟୋଗ, ଗଣିତ ପତ୍ରବାଚନ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପତ୍ରବାଚନ, କଥାକଥନ, ତାତ୍କାଳିକ ଭାଷଣ, ନିବନ୍ଧ ଓ ମୂର୍ତ୍ତିକଳା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାମାନ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ବିଚାରକ ଭାବରେ ଗଣିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ଅଶ୍ୱିନୀ ଗତତିଆ, ବିବେକାନନ୍ଦ ସାହୁ, ଅମୀୟ ପ୍ରସାଦ ଭୋଇ, ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ଅନିତ ଛନ୍ଦ, ସୁଶାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ଗଡତିଆ, ସୁଶାନ୍ତ କୁମାର ପଧାନ, ବାଲାଜୀ ରାଓ ମୋରେ, ଉତ୍କଳିକା ବେହେରା, ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ଗଡତିଆ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ମୂଲ୍ୟାଙ୍କନରେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ । ସମାରୋହ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଘନଶ୍ୟାମ ସାହୁ, ଅବସରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସାଫଲ୍ୟ ମଣ୍ଡିତ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ପରିଚାଳନା ସମିତିର ଯୁଗ୍ମ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଶାନ୍ତନୁ ସାହୁ, ସଦସ୍ୟା ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ସୁଷମା ଖମାରୀ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ । ଅତିଥି ଅଧିକାରୀ କୃତି ଶିଶୁ ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କୁ ପୁରସ୍କୃତ କରିଥିଲେ । ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଗୁରୁଜୀ ଗୁରୁମା ତଥା ପରିଚାଳନା ସମିତିର ସଦସ୍ୟ ସଦସ୍ୟା ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସହଯୋଗ ଦେଇ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ନେଇ ଶିଶୁ ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ ।

ବଅଁରପାଳ: ବଅଁରପାଳ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ହାଟରେ ପରିବା ଓ କୃଷିଜାତ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ବିକ୍ରି କରୁଥିବା ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଦୀର୍ଘଦିନ ଧରି ମୌଳିକ ସୁବିଧାରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ରହି ନାନା ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମ୍ମୁଖୀନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି। ସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଛାତ, ପିଣ୍ଡି, ପିଇବା ପାଣି, ଶୌଚାଳୟ ଓ ପରିମଳ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନଥିବାରୁ ଖରା ଓ ବର୍ଷା ଦୁଇ ଋତୁରେ ଚାଷୀମାନେ ଅସୁବିଧା ଭୋଗୁଛନ୍ତି। ବର୍ଷା ସମୟରେ ପରିବା ଭିଜି ନଷ୍ଟ ହେଉଥିବାବେଳେ, ହାଟ ରାସ୍ତା ଉପରେ ବସୁଥିବାରୁ ଯାନଚଳାଚଳ ମଧ୍ୟ ବାଧାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଉଛି। ଚାଷୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ୨୦ ଟଙ୍କା ହାଟ ଶୁଳ୍କ ଆଦାୟ କରାଯାଉଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ଅନୁପାତରେ ସୁବିଧା ମିଳୁନଥିବାରୁ ସେମାନେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରି ଶୀଘ୍ର ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ବିକାଶ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏନେଇ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରିତ ବଜାର କମିଟି (ଆରଏମସି) ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଜ୍ୟୋତିରଞ୍ଜନ ସେଠୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଚାଷୀଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ ପିଣ୍ଡି, ପିଇବା ପାଣି, ଶୌଚାଳୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ ସହ କାଦୁଅ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମୋରମ ପକାଯିବ ଏବଂ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୩ରୁ ୪ ଦିନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦେଶ ଜାରି କରାଯିବ।

ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧାମନଗର ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ସରେଇ ଚୁଡାକୁଟି ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ତାମ୍ପଳା ଗ୍ରାମରେ ଏକ ଭୟାବହ ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ଘଟି ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଭୋଇଙ୍କର ଦୁଇ ବଖରା ବାସଗୃହ ଓ ଗୁହାଳ ଘର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ଜଳିପୋଡ଼ି ପାଉଁଶ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଅଘଟଣରେ ପରିବାରର ବ୍ୟାପକ କ୍ଷତି ଘଟିଥିବାରୁ ସମଗ୍ର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଶୋକର ଛାୟା ଖେଳିଯାଇଛି। ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଗତକାଲି ରାତିରେ ପରିବାର ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ଶୋଇପଡ଼ିବା ପରେ କୌଣସି ଅଜଣା କାରଣରୁ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଗୁହାଳ ଘରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିଥିଲା। ଦେଖୁ ଦେଖୁ ନିଆଁ ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୂପ ଧାରଣ କରି ଗୁହାଳ ସହ ବାସଗୃହକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟାପିଯାଇଥିଲା। ନିଆଁର ପ୍ରକୋପ ଏତେ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା ଯେ ଘର ଭିତରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଜଳିପୋଡ଼ି ନଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା। ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ ସମୟରେ ଗୁହାଳ ଭିତରେ ବନ୍ଧା ହୋଇଥିବା ଦୁଇଟି ଗାଈ ଓ ଦୁଇଟି ବାଛୁରୀ ନିଆଁରେ ଫସିଯାଇଥିଲେ। ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦୁଃଖଦ ବିଷୟ ହେଉଛି, ଦୁଇଟି ବାଛୁରୀ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ଜଳି ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣ କରିଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ଦୁଇଟି ଗାଈ ଖୁଣ୍ଟ ଉପାଡ଼ି କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାରେ ବାହାରକୁ ପଳାଇ ଆସି ପ୍ରାଣ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ। ସେମାନେ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ଖବର ପାଇ ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ବହୁ ପରିଶ୍ରମ ପରେ ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ। ତେବେ ସେତେବେଳକୁ ଘର ଓ ଗୁହାଳ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବେ ଜଳିପୋଡ଼ି ପାଉଁଶ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା। ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ଆର୍.ଆଇ. ଶୁଭଶ୍ରୀ ନାୟକ ପହଞ୍ଚି କ୍ଷତିଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ପରିବାର ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ପରିସ୍ଥିତିର ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କ୍ଷୟକ୍ଷତିର ତଥ୍ୟ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ଏହି ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡରେ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଭୋଇଙ୍କ ପରିବାରର ବ୍ୟାପକ ଆର୍ଥିକ କ୍ଷତି ଘଟିଥିବାରୁ ସରକାରୀ ସହାୟତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ନିକଟରେ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରକୃତ କାରଣ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରି ରହିଛି।

Nuapada: In a significant initiative to enhance the cyber crime investigation skills of police personnel, a Cyber Security Training Programme was organised at the District Police Office, Nuapada, under the guidance of Shri Amritpal Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Nuapada. The training session was conducted by renowned Cyber Security Expert Shri Ishan Sinha, who provided comprehensive insights into emerging cyber threats, cyber fraud investigation techniques, digital evidence collection and preservation, and the effective application of cyber laws in criminal investigations. The programme witnessed active participation from Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, and other police personnel from across the district. Through practical sessions and expert interactions, participants gained valuable knowledge on modern cyber crime investigation methods and the handling of digital evidence in accordance with legal procedures. Addressing the gathering, the emphasis was laid on strengthening the capacity of law enforcement agencies to combat the growing challenges posed by cyber-enabled crimes and online financial frauds. The training is expected to further improve the efficiency and professionalism of police officers in dealing with technology-driven offences. As a mark of appreciation for his outstanding contribution and expert guidance, Shri Amritpal Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Nuapada, presented a memento to Shri Ishan Sinha during the concluding session of the programme. The initiative reflects the commitment of the Nuapada Police to continuously upgrade the skills of its personnel and ensure a more effective response to the rapidly evolving landscape of cyber crime.

ଜଳିଗଲା ତୁଳା କମ୍ପାନୀ । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ପାତ୍ରପଡ଼ା ସ୍ଥିତ ତୁଳା ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟ୍ରିରେ ଭୟଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ନିକାଣ୍ଡ । ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୂପ ନେଉଛି ନିଆଁ । ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କଲେ ବି ଧିରେ ଧିରେ ବ୍ୟାପୁଛି । ବାଧ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଜେସିବି ଜରିଆରେ ତୁଳାକୁ କାଢ଼ିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ । ତୁଳା ପ୍ରୋସେସି ୟୁନିଟ ଯୋଗୁଁ ଅନେକ କପଡା ମଧ୍ୟ କଟପିସ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି । ତୁଳା ଯୋଗୁଁ ନିଆଁ ବ୍ୟାପି ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୁପ ନେଉଛି । ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ରୋବାଟ ଫାୟାର ସିଷ୍ଟମ ସହ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକି ଫୋର୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା ଜାରି ରଖିଛି । ବିନା ଫାୟାର ସେଫଟିରେ ଫ୍ୟାକ୍ଟ୍ରି ଚାଲୁଥିବାରୁ ନିଆଁକୁ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଭାବେ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ହୋଇପାରିନି । ଫଳରେ ନିଆଁ ବ୍ୟାପି ଭୟଙ୍କର ରୂପ ନେଉଛି । ଜଟଣି ଓ ତମାଣ୍ଡୋ ଫାୟାର ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଟିମ୍ ସ୍ପଟ୍ ରେ ନିଆଁ ଲିଭା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି । ଫୋମ ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା ଜାରି ରହିଛି ।

Nuapada/Khadial: Reaffirming the district administration’s zero-tolerance policy against corruption, Nuapada Collector Madhusudan Dash has ordered the immediate suspension of Sri Mohan Bag, Senior Revenue Assistant of Khariar Panchayat Samiti, following allegations that he accepted illegal gratification from a contractor. The action comes after a video, widely circulated on various social media platforms, allegedly showed the official receiving a bribe from a contractor associated with Khariar Block. The incident sparked widespread public attention and prompted immediate administrative scrutiny. According to the official order issued by the Office of the Collector and District Magistrate, Nuapada, the matter was formally reported by the Block Development Officer, Khariar, and the Chief Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nuapada, through separate communications dated August 4, 2026. Based on these reports and in view of the proposed disciplinary proceedings, the Collector exercised powers under Rule 12(1)(a) of the Orissa Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1962, placing the official under suspension with immediate effect. As per the suspension order, Sri Mohan Bag’s headquarters has been fixed at the Office of the Tahasildar, Sinapali, and he has been directed not to leave the headquarters without prior permission from the competent authority. During the suspension period, he will be entitled to receive subsistence allowance in accordance with Rule 90 of the Odisha Service Code, subject to the prescribed conditions. The district administration has made it clear that the suspension is part of the disciplinary process and follows the allegations and the official reports received. Further departmental proceedings will continue in accordance with the applicable service rules. Nuapada, A District-Level School Education Review Meeting was held at the Conference Hall of the Nuapada Collectorate under the chairmanship of District Collector and Chairman of Samagra Shiksha, Madhusudan Dash. The meeting focused on strengthening the quality of education, improving school infrastructure, and reviewing the implementation of various educational initiatives across the district. At the outset, In-charge District Education Officer Reshamlal Nayak welcomed the participants and presented a comprehensive review of the progress made under various educational programmes and schemes being implemented in the district. Addressing the gathering, Collector Madhusudan Dash stressed the importance of conducting weekly assessments and organising special doubt-clearing classes in schools to improve students’ academic performance. He also proposed the introduction of a Teacher Exchange Programme, involving experienced teachers from Government High Schools, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas (OAVs), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs), and Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRSs) to promote the sharing of best teaching practices and enhance classroom learning. Highlighting the importance of a healthy learning environment, the Collector directed all schools to maintain clean, green, and plastic-free campuses.
