Sinapali, 15/08: Commemorating the glorious journey of 80 years of independence, the 80th Independence Day is being celebrated across the country today with great enthusiasm and patriotism. On this occasion, the Sinapali Forest Department also observed the national festival with dignity and pride. At the Independence Day programme held within the premises of the Forest Department office, Ranger Kameshwar Tandi attended as the chief guest and hoisted the national flag. After the flag hoisting ceremony, all those present sang the national anthem and paid tribute to the freedom fighters and great heroes of the nation. The programme was attended by Foresters Kandarpa Sunani, Chudanath Saraf, Ramaranjan Raut, and Meghnada Majhi, along with all forest guards, foresters, and staff of the department. The entire event was coordinated by Forester Kandarpa Sunani, while Chandan Meher and Sagar Dandsena extended their support in its smooth conduct. On 15th August 1947, India emerged as a free nation after a long struggle against colonial rule, marking the beginning of a new chapter in history. This day is not only a celebration but also a solemn occasion to remember the sacrifice, struggle, and dedication of countless freedom fighters who laid down their lives for the country. The national flag today reminds us of unity, integrity, brotherhood, and responsibility towards the nation. As the Forest Department personnel are continuously engaged in the protection of natural resources, forests, and wildlife, the occasion also strengthened the commitment towards environmental conservation and the vision of building a greener India. In conclusion, all were urged to sincerely fulfill their duties for the security of the nation, protection of nature, and overall development of society.

ରାଉରକେଲା : ରାଉରକେଲାର ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ନାଟ୍ଯାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ "ସଂପର୍କ" ର ରିପେର୍ଟୋରୀ ଦଳ ଦ୍ବାରା ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ସିଭିକ ସେଣ୍ଟରରେ ନାଟକ "ଧର୍ମରାଜ " ମଞ୍ଚସ୍ଥ ହୋଇ ଯାଇଛି । ଏହି ନାଟକକୁ ଆନୁଷ୍ଠାନିକ ଭିବେ ରାଉରକେଲା ବିଧାୟକ ସାରଦା ପ୍ରସାଦ ନାୟକ ,ରଘୁନାଥପାଲୀ ବିଧାୟକ ଦୁର୍ଗା ଚରଣ ତନ୍ତୀ, ଦୀପିକା ମହିଳା ସଂହତିର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ନମ୍ରତା ବର୍ମା , ମହିଳା ସଂଘତିର ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପଲାଇ, ରୀତା ରାଣୀ ଓ ରାଉରକେଲା ଇସ୍ପାତ କାରଖାନାର ସି ଓ ସି ଅର୍ଚ୍ଚନା ଶତପଥୀ ଉଦ୍ଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଯଦିଓ ନାଟକଟି ମହାଭାରତର ଶାନ୍ତିପର୍ବର କାହାଣୀ ଆଧାରିତ ଥିଲା ହେଲେ ଏଥିରେ ସାଂପ୍ରତିକ ସାମାଜିକ ବିଧି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଚିତ୍ର ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ ଚିତ୍ରିତ କରାଯାଇଛି । କୁରୁକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଧର୍ମଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପରର ୪୦ଦିନର ଘଟଣାବଳୀକୁ ନାଟ୍ଯକାର ଭାସ୍କର ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ମହାପାତ୍ର ସାଂପ୍ରତିକ ରାଜନୈତିକ ବିଧି ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ସହିତ ଅପୂର୍ବ ଶୈଳିରେ ସଂଯୋଜିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ନାଟକରେ । ଦ୍ବାପର ଯୁଗରେ କଳି ଦୁଇ ପାଦରେ ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ଯରେ ନିଜର ଆଧିପତ୍ଯ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବାର ନିୟତିଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ହୋଇଛି । ହେଲେ ଏହି ନିୟମକୁ ଉଲ୍ଲଂଘନ କରି ନିୟତିଙ୍କ ବାରଣ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ କଳି ଧର୍ମଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପରେ ପରେ ମର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟରେ ଚିରି ପାଦରେ ଆଧିପତ୍ଯ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବାର ପ୍ରୟାସ କରି ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରଙ୍କ ମନରେ ପ୍ରତିହିଂସା ଓ ସିଂହାସନ ଲୋଭ, ଧର୍ମରାଜ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିରଙ୍କ ମନରେ ବୈରାଗ୍ୟ ଭାବ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି । ଧର୍ମରାଜ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କୁରୁକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଧର୍ମଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁବରଣ କରିଥିବା ଓ ଆହତ ହୋଇ ଥିବା ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ନୀରିହ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖ ର କାରଣ ବୋଲି ନିଜକୁ ଦାୟୀ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଭୀମ ,ଅର୍ଜୁନ, ବିଦୂର , ଶ୍ରୀକୃଷ୍ଣ ଯେତେ ବୁଝାଇଲା ପରେ ବି ଲକ୍ଷ ଲକ୍ଷ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ରକ୍ତରେ ରଂଜିତ ହସ୍ତିନାପୁର ରାଜ ସିଂହାସନରେ ଉପବେଶନ ନ କରିବାକୁ ସେ ଦୃଢ ପରିକର ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଶେଷରେ ଶରଶଯ୍ଯାରେ ଶାୟିତ ତଥା ଇଚ୍ଛାମୃତ୍ଯୁ ପାଇଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷାରତ ପିତାମହ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କ ଶେଷ ଉପଦେଶ କୁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଜଣାଇ ଧର୍ମରାଜ ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର ହସ୍ତିନାପୁରର ଶାସନ ଭାର ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି । କଳିର ପରାଜୟ ଓ ନିୟତିଙ୍କ ବିଜୟ ହୋଇଛି । ଏପରି ଏକ ପୌରାଣିକ କଥାବସ୍ତୁକୁ ଉଚ୍ଚ କୋଟୀର ସଂଳାପ , ହୃଦସ୍ପର୍ଶୀ ସଂଘାତ, ଅବାରିତ ଗତିଶୀଳତା ଓ ଉତ୍କଣ୍ଠା ଦ୍ବାରା ନାଟ୍ଯକାର ଶ୍ରୀ ମହାପାତ୍ର ସାଂପ୍ରତିକ ଯୁଦ୍ଧର ଭୟାବହତା ଓ ତାର ନିରାକରଣର ଉପାୟକୁ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଭାବରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରି ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ଏହି ନାଟକ ରେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ବଳିଷ୍ଠ ନିର୍ଦେଶନା ଓ ଏନଏସଡିଆନ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ସେଠଙ୍କ ଅଭୂତପୂର୍ବ ମଂଚ ପରିକଳ୍ପନା ଓ ରୂପସଜ୍ଜା ସହିତ ସହ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶନା, ଶକ୍ତି ପ୍ରସାଦ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ମନ ଛୁଆଁ ସଂଗୀତ, ରାକେଶ ଶତପଥୀଙ୍କ ଆଲୋକ ସଂପାତ,ପ୍ରଳୟ ଶତପଥୀଙ୍କ ମଂଚ ପରିଚାଳନା ଓ କଳାକାରମାନଙ୍କ ନିଖୁଣ ଅଭିନୟ ଦର୍ଶକଙ୍କୁ ମନ୍ତ୍ରମୁଗ୍ଧ କରିଥିଲା । ଯଦିଓ ସବୁ କଳାକାର ନିଖୁଣ ଅଭିନୟ କରିଥିଲେ ବିଶେଷ କରି କଳି ଭୂମିକାରେ ସୁରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପାଢୀ, ଧର୍ମରାଜ ଭୂମିକାରେ ଭାସ୍କର ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଦ୍ରୌପଦୀ ଭୂମିକାରେ ସସ୍ମିତା ବେକ୍ ଓ ସୂତ୍ରଧର ଭୂମିକାରେ ଆଠ ଜଣ ନବାଗତ କଳାକାରଙ୍କ ନିଖୁଣ ଅଭିନୟ ଦର୍ଶକଙ୍କୁ ବିଶେଷ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ କରିଥିଲା । ନାଟକକୁ ନିଜ ଅଭିନୟ ଚାତୁରୀରେ ଅଧିକ ଋଦ୍ଧିମନ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ ସୁଦେଷ୍ଣା ରାଣୀ ରାଉତ, ପୁଷ୍ପଲତା ବିଶୋଇ ବିବେକାନନ୍ଦ ଦାଶ, ଭୀଷ୍ମ ନାରାୟଣ ସ୍ବାଇଁ, ସୌମ୍ୟରଞ୍ଜନ ବାରିକ୍, ମାନସ ସାହୁ, ପ୍ରଳୟ ଶତପଥୀ, ଜନ୍ମେଜୟ ମହାନ୍ତି, ସୁରଭି ରଣା, ସ୍ମାରକ ବାରିକ, ରିଶିତୋଷ ମହାନ୍ତି, ନିକିତା ଜେନା, ମୋହିନୀ ଦାସ, ଶ୍ରୟାଶ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ସୁପ୍ରିୟା ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ, ଅଭିଷେକ ମଲ୍ଲିକ, ଶ୍ରେୟାଶ୍ରୀ ଦାସ, ସଂଜୀବନୀ ମଲ୍ଲିକ ଓ ସୁନାଲୀ ମିଶ୍ର । ନାଟକ ପରେ ପରେ ଅତିଥିମାନେ କଳାକାର ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତି ପତ୍ର ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ ଓ ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଚଳଚ୍ଚିତ୍ର ତାରକା ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ସେଠଙ୍କୁ ସଂପର୍କ ସମ୍ମାନ ରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ସଭାପତି ବିଜୟ ପାତ୍ର ମଂଚ ପରିଚାଳନା କରି ଥିବା ବେଳେ କଲ୍ଯାଣୀ ଦାସ, ସନ୍ଧ୍ଯାରାଣୀ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଓ ରୁନୁ ବେକ ମଂଚ ପରିଚାଳନାରେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ ।

Khadial, Ahead of the 80th Independence Day celebrations, the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign was organised with great enthusiasm across Indradi Mandal on Friday under the leadership of Mandal President Yudhishthir Hans. The campaign was conducted across all villages under nine Gram Panchayats of the Mandal, including Gadaramunda, Mandoshil, Chindaguda, Khudpej, Bargaan, Sanamaheshwar, Bhuliasikuan, Bhojpur and Chanabeda. BJP workers and office-bearers visited households and interacted with residents, spreading awareness about the significance, dignity and honour of the national flag. During the door-to-door campaign, people were urged to hoist the Tricolour at their homes on August 15 and celebrate Independence Day with a strong sense of national pride and unity. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from villagers and party workers alike. Among those present were BJP Nuapada District General Secretary Ajit Kishore Chalan, Mandal In-charge Prashant Kumar Das, Co-In-charge Janakaram Naik, senior BJP leader Sanjay Tiwari, former District Vice-President Mohan Bhoi, Zilla Parishad member Malyabandhu Suna and Kulamani Ghiwela. Senior BJP leader Manoj Pattnaik, District Kisan Morcha Vice-President Laxmidhar Naik, Pradip Naik, Lab Rana, Nabina Naik, Mahesh Majhi, Upendra Majhi, Lilu Behera, Khutiram Behera, Gautam Panda, Soumya Singh and Chandramani Nag, along with more than a hundred senior party workers, actively participated in the campaign. The programme concluded on a spirited note as participants raised slogans of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Vande Mataram”, filling the atmosphere with patriotic fervour and reinforcing the message of unity, pride and respect for the national flag.

ବୈତରଣୀ ଓ ଗେଙ୍ଗୁଟି ନଦୀରେ ବନ୍ୟାଜଳ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇବା ପରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ସ୍ଥିତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି ଧାମନଗର ବିଧାୟକ ତଥା ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟବଂଶୀ ସୂରଜ। ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ମାନ୍ୟବର ସାଂସଦ ଭଦ୍ରକ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଭିମନ୍ୟୁ ସେଠୀ l ବନ୍ୟା ବିପତ୍ତି ସମୟରେ ନିଜ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀବାସୀଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖକଷ୍ଟକୁ ସବା ଆଗରେ ରଖି ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିଜର ସମସ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ସଅଳ ସାରି ସିଧାସଳଖ ଧାମନଗରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲେ। ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନରେ ଧାମନଗରରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ପରେ ସେ ଆଦୌ ସମୟ ନଷ୍ଟ ନକରି ସ୍ଥିତିର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଅନୁଧ୍ୟାନ ପାଇଁ ଗ୍ରାଉଣ୍ଡ ଜିରୋକୁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଥିଲେ। ଦୋବଲ, ଖଡ଼ିପଦା ଏବଂ ଷେଣ୍ଢପୁର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରି ବୈତରଣୀ ନଦୀର ଜଳସ୍ତର ଓ ବନ୍ୟାସ୍ଥିତି ନିଜେ ତଦାରଖ କରିଥିଲେ।ଏହାପରେ ଆନନ୍ଦପୁରର ମଲ୍ଲିମାହାରା ଏସକେପ୍ ପାଖକୁ ଯାଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବା ସହ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ନେଇ ଆଶ୍ୱାସନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସୋହଡ଼ା ପଞ୍ଚାୟତର ଗୌରାଙ୍ଗପୁର ଏସକେପ୍, ଜୟନ୍ତରା ପୋଲ ଏବଂ କୋଚିଳା ମୁହଁ ପହଞ୍ଚି ସମ୍ଭାବ୍ୟ ବିପଦର ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ। ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ଓ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସେ ନିଜେ ବନ୍ୟାପୀଡ଼ିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବୁଲି ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ତତ୍ପରତା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ। ଭଦ୍ରକ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନର ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଓ ଜଳସମ୍ପଦ ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହ ରିଲିଫ୍ ଓ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟର ଜରୁରୀ ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଥିଲେ।ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ କୌଣସି ଗୋଟିଏ ବି ପରିବାର ଯେପରି ଭୋକିଲା ନରହନ୍ତି, ସେଥିପାଇଁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ରନ୍ଧାଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଶୁଖିଲା ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଯୋଗାଇଦେବାକୁ କଡ଼ା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବିପଦ ସମୟରେ ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କ ସାଥୀରେ ଛିଡ଼ା ହେବାର ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ନିରନ୍ତର ପ୍ରୟାସ ଏବଂ ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ନେତୃତ୍ୱକୁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଭୂୟସୀ ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରାଯାଉଛି।

The final match is scheduled to kick off at 5:00 PM on August 15, 2026, at the PM SHRI Raja A.T. High School Playground, Khariar. Waving the Tricolour with pride, thousands of participants came together to celebrate the nation’s unity, sovereignty and patriotic spirit. The rally commenced at 8 am from the District Collector’s Office and proceeded towards the Office of the Superintendent of Police. Carrying the Tricolour in their hands and raising patriotic slogans, participants transformed the streets into a vibrant display of national pride. The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from Nuapada MLA Jay Dholakia, Collector Madhusudan Dash, Superintendent of Police Amritpal Singh, Additional Collector Subash Chandra Rait, Sub-Collector Surmi Soren, Nuapada Block Chairperson Tareshwari Sahu and Komna Block Chairperson Anusaya Kumbhar. Nuapada, August 14: A district-level Panchayat Conference on the Viksit Bharat–G-RAM-G Act, 2025, aimed at creating grassroots awareness and ensuring its effective implementation, was held in Nuapada under the chairmanship of District Collector Madhusudan Dash. The conference brought together all Sarpanches and Panchayat Samiti members from Sinapali and Khariar blocks, providing a platform to discuss the objectives, key provisions and implementation strategy of the newly introduced legislation. Additional Executive Officer (Administration), Zilla Parishad, Kshamanidhi Bhoi, along with the MGNREGS Coordinator, Zilla Parishad, I-NRM experts and other concerned officials, attended the programme. Addressing the gathering, Collector Madhusudan Dash elaborated on the objectives, major features and key provisions of the VB-G-RAM-G Act, 2025. He stressed that the success of the legislation would largely depend on its transparent, participatory and effective implementation at the grassroots level. The Collector emphasised the need for participatory planning, identification of works based on local requirements and timely execution of projects. He called upon elected representatives and officials to ensure that the benefits of the scheme reach every eligible rural household without discrimination or delay. Highlighting the importance of the legislation for a district like Nuapada, the Collector said it has significant potential to strengthen rural livelihood security and reduce distress migration and labour migration. He stressed that adequate employment opportunities should be generated for rural families while simultaneously creating durable and productive rural assets. Sarpanches and Panchayat Samiti members were urged to play an active and responsible role in the successful implementation of the Act. The conference stressed coordinated action at the Panchayat level so that no eligible rural family is deprived of employment and livelihood security.
