ରାଜକନିକା : କେନ୍ଦ୍ରାପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ରାଜକନିକା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଜଣେ କିରାଣୀ ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଜୁନିଅର କିରାଣୀ ପଦରେ ଲଗାତର ରହି ତମାମ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରିବା ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଛି। ରବି ନାରାୟଣ ମହାପାତ୍ର ନାମକ ଏହି ଜୁନିଅର କିରାଣୀ ୨୦୦୭ ମସିହାରୁ ନିୟମିତ ଭାବରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଷ୍ଟେସନରେ ରହିବାର ଅଭିସନ୍ଧି ନେଇ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଉଠିଛି। ଏ ବାବଦରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମୟରେ ଏହି କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ବଦଳି କଣ ପାଇଁ କରା ଯାଉନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ କେଉଁ ଏକ ଅଜଣା କାରଣ ଓ ଅଭୟ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ତାଙ୍କ ସପକ୍ଷରେ ଅଛି ତାହା ସନ୍ଦେହ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଛି। ନିଜ ବାପାଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ପରେ ପାରିବାରିକ ଥଇଥାନ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରେ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗରେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଥିବା ଏହି କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଜଣକ ବହୁବର୍ଷ ଧରି ରାଜକନିକା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟକେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ଚାକିରୀ କରିଵା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପ୍ରଶାସନର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସ୍ଵଛତା ନେଇ ସନ୍ଦେହ ଆଣିଛି। ସରକାରୀ ନିୟମ ମୁତାବକ ଜଣେ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ଭାବରେ ୩ ବର୍ଷ ଗୋଟିଏ ଷ୍ଟେସନରେ ଚାକିରୀ କରିବାର ନିୟମକୁ କେଉଁ ଆଧାରରେ ଏବଂ କେଉଁ କାରଣ ପାଇଁ ଲାଗୁ କରାଯାଇ ନାହିଁ ତାହାର ତଦନ୍ତ ହେବା ସହ ତାଙ୍କୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ରାଜକନିକାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ବଦଳି କରିବାକୁ ଦାବୀ ହୋଇଛି। ଏ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ରାଜକନିକା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରର ଡାକ୍ତର ବାଦଲ ମହାନ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିବାରୁ ସେ ଏହା ଜାଣିଥିଲେ ବି ଯେହେତୁ ଏହା ସିଡିଏମଓ ଙ୍କ ଅଧୀନ ର କାମ ତେଣୁ ଆମେ କିଛି କରି ପାରିବୁ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି। ଦୀର୍ଘ ୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ରାଜକନିକାରେ ଡେରା ପକାଇଥିବା କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ୟତ୍ର ବଦଳି କରି ସରକାର ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ସ୍ୱଛତା ଆଣିବାକୁ ଦାବୀ ହୋଇଛି

କୋକସରା/ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼: ବନ୍ୟଜନ୍ତୁ ଚୋରାକାରବାର ବିରୋଧରେ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ବନଖଣ୍ଡକୁ ଏକ ବଡ଼ ସଫଳତା ମିଳିଛି। ବାଘ ଛାଲ ବିକ୍ରି ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ ବନାଞ୍ଚଳ ଅଧୀନ ବେହେରା ଫରେଷ୍ଟ ସେକ୍ସନର କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଜଣେ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ କାବୁ କରିବା ସହ ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରୁ ଏକ ବାଘ ଛାଲ, ଗୋଟିଏ ବାଘ ଦାନ୍ତ ଓ ୧୪ଟି ବାଘ ନଖ ଜବତ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, କୋକସରା ବ୍ଲକ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ଡ଼ହଗାଁ ନିକଟରେ ଜଣେ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ବାଘ ଛାଲ ବିକ୍ରି କରିବାକୁ ଉଦ୍ୟମ କରୁଥିବା ନେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀ ବେହେରା ଫରେଷ୍ଟ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଖବର ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସୂଚନା ପାଇ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ବନଖଣ୍ଡର ସହକାରୀ ବନ ସଂରକ୍ଷକ (ଏସିଏଫ୍‌)ଙ୍କ ତତ୍ତ୍ୱାବଧାନରେ ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ ରେଞ୍ଜ ଅଧିକାରୀ ସୀମାଞ୍ଚଳ ମିଶ୍ରଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଟିମ୍‌ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରି ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମାଡ଼ି ବସିଥିଲା। ଗିରଫ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ହେଲେ ସୁକେନ୍ ଗୌଡ଼, ଯିଏକି ମୂଳତଃ ଝାଡ଼ଖଣ୍ଡର ବାସିନ୍ଦା। ତେବେ ସେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ନବରଙ୍ଗପୁର ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ହିର୍ଲିଡଙ୍ଗର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରହୁଥିବା ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରୁ ଏକ ବାଘ ଛାଲ, ଗୋଟିଏ ବାଘ ଦାନ୍ତ ଏବଂ ୧୪ଟି ବାଘ ନଖ ଜବତ କରାଯାଇଛି। ପରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଧର୍ମଗଡ଼ ବନ ବିଭାଗ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ନେଇ ପଚରାଉଚରା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଚଢ଼ାଉରେ ବେହେରା ଫରେଷ୍ଟର କ୍ଷୀରୋଦ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ସେଠ, ବନରକ୍ଷୀ ଲଳିତ ନାଏକ ଓ ପ୍ରଭାସିନୀ ଗୋପାଳ, ପାରାଷ୍ଟାଫ କ୍ଷତ୍ରିଅ ନାଏକ ଓ ମାନସ ସା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସାମିଲ ଥିଲେ। ଗୁରୁବାର ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତଙ୍କୁ କୋକସରା ଜେଏମ୍‌ଏଫ୍‌ସି କୋର୍ଟରେ ହାଜର କରାଯିବା ପରେ ନ୍ୟାୟିକ ହେପାଜତକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଛି। ବାଘ ଛାଲ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଅଙ୍ଗପ୍ରତ୍ୟଙ୍ଗ କେଉଁଠାରୁ ଆସିଲା ଏବଂ ଏହା ପଛରେ କୌଣସି ବଡ଼ ଚୋରାକାରବାରୀ ଚକ୍ର ସକ୍ରିୟ ରହିଛି କି ନାହିଁ, ସେନେଇ ବନ ବିଭାଗ ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି।

Nuapada, August 6: Intensifying its drive against the illegal liquor trade, the Nuapada Excise Department conducted two separate enforcement raids across different parts of the district on Thursday, seizing a total of 72 litres of Other State Liquor (OSL) and arresting six persons involved in the illegal business. The department’s firm action has been widely appreciated as a significant step towards curbing illicit liquor trafficking in the district. In the first operation, a team led by Excise Inspector Hirabati Thati of the Nuapada Excise Range carried out raids in Khalna, Amanara and Tora villages under Dharambandha Police Station limits. During the operation, officials seized 45 litres of Other State Liquor and arrested three accused. Cases were registered against them, and they were later remanded to judicial custody. In another independent operation, the Excise Station team conducted raids in Dhobalmunda, Malikmunda and Chhata villages. Acting on PR Nos. 127/26-27, 128/26-27 and 129/26-27, the officials seized 27 litres of Other State Liquor. Three persons—Devaki Pandey, Hiraram Punji and Tarun Mahanand—were arrested in connection with the cases. They were produced before the JMFC Court, Komna, and subsequently remanded to judicial custody. The second raid was carried out under the supervision of Excise Station OIC Alekh Patel, with the participation of Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarnath Bishoi and Excise Constables Malaya Mahalang, Mohan Tandi and RitAnjali Sabar. The Excise Department has reiterated that its special enforcement drives against the illegal liquor trade will continue across the district in the coming days, with the objective of eliminating illicit liquor trafficking and ensuring strict enforcement of the Excise laws.

Kapsi, August 6: With the spirit of unity, gratitude and cultural pride, a preparatory meeting for the upcoming Samuhika Nuakhai Bhetghat–2026 was held at Baragachha Chhak in Kapsi village under Sinapali Block of Nuapada district on Thursday. The event is being planned to celebrate Nuakhai, the most significant agrarian festival of Western Odisha, which will be observed this year on September 15, 2026. Nuakhai is more than a harvest festival; it is a celebration of thanksgiving to Mother Earth and the farming community for a successful harvest. The festival symbolizes prosperity, family reunion, social harmony and respect for age-old traditions. It brings together people from all walks of life, strengthening bonds within families and communities while preserving the rich cultural heritage of Western Odisha. The preparatory meeting was presided over by Nikunja Bihari Sa, President of the Samuhika Nuakhai Bhetghat Committee. Members reviewed the success and experiences of last year’s celebration and discussed various proposals to make this year’s programme more organized, vibrant and memorable. A detailed roadmap was prepared for the smooth conduct of the event, covering cultural programmes, hospitality, volunteer management and other organisational arrangements. During the meeting, a new committee for Samuhika Nuakhai Bhetghat–2026 was constituted. Nikunja Bihari Sa was unanimously elected as President, Kailash Jagat as Vice-President, Samanta Das as Secretary, Diamond Nial as Joint Secretary and Biharilal Mashra as Treasurer. The meeting was attended by Bamadev Das, Shibaram Kand, Chitru Sa, Chakradhar Sa, Kahnai Das, Shambhu Sa, Prakash Patra, Subash Sa, Dushmanta Kand, Dinabandhu Lohar, Duaru Jagat, Lochan Lohar, Satyaban Das, Jalandhar Sa, Netrananda Jagat and several respected villagers and youth members. Participants shared valuable suggestions and expressed their commitment to ensuring the grand success of the community celebration. Speakers appreciated the growing public participation in the annual event and observed that the Samuhika Nuakhai Bhetghat has become a vibrant platform for promoting communal harmony, preserving the cultural identity of Western Odisha and passing on the values of Nuakhai to the younger generation. Nuapada: In a significant step towards strengthening irrigation infrastructure and improving agricultural productivity, Nuapada Collector Madhusudan Dash chaired a comprehensive review meeting on Thursday to assess the progress of various irrigation projects being implemented under the Odisha Lift Irrigation Corporation (OLIC) and the Minor Irrigation Department. The meeting was held in the Collector’s Conference Hall. Emphasising the importance of quality execution, the Collector directed all concerned officials to ensure that every irrigation project is completed within the stipulated timeline without compromising construction standards. He also instructed officials to inspect all existing minor irrigation projects across the district, identify schemes requiring restoration, and submit proposals for their revival at the earliest. During the review, officials informed that under the 2025–26 financial year, transformers have already reached the sites of 90 out of 1,064 conventional deep borewell irrigation projects and will be installed after inspection by TPWODL authorities. Transformers for another 210 projects have been procured and are expected to be installed by the end of the current month. Supervision charges have been deposited for 223 projects, while the remaining projects are expected to complete the process within the month. Under the CLIPS scheme, work orders have been issued for 27 projects, of which electrification has been completed in 24. The remaining three projects are targeted for completion by the end of the month with the support of TPWODL. The meeting further reviewed the restoration of 66 defunct lift irrigation projects and the strengthening of 93 existing functional projects, both of which have received approval from the OLIC headquarters. Under the RIDF scheme for 2026–27, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for 126 new river-based lift irrigation projects have been submitted to the OLIC headquarters and are awaiting approval. DPRs for 476 cluster deep borewell projects and 305 solar-powered deep borewell projects have also been forwarded, with the tendering process expected to commence after approval. Reviewing the progress of the Minor Irrigation Department, Superintending Engineer Chandrasekhar Sethi informed that canal lining work under the Sahajata Minor Irrigation Project, announced by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, has been completed and is awaiting inauguration. He also stated that the DPR for the Kodopali Diversion Project has been prepared, while the tendering process for the construction of two new check dams at Silda Nala in Dianmunda and Siratol Nala in Jhilimila is in its final stage. The meeting also reviewed the progress of check dams, irrigation tanks, canal renovation works, modernization of major dams, and the tendering status of upcoming irrigation projects. Central Nodal Officer of the Union Ministry of Jal Shakti, G. V. Prithvi Sagar, who is on a district visit from August 5 to 7 to inspect irrigation projects, also attended the meeting and shared his observations on the implementation of the schemes. Among those present were OLIC Executive Engineer Prasanna Kumar Sethi, TPWODL Division Executive Engineer Sukhyat Dev Parida, Assistant Executive Engineer Manas Ranjan Buda, Superintending Engineer of the Minor Irrigation Department Chandrasekhar Sethi, and senior officials from various departments.

ନୂଆପଡ଼ା ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ମଧୁସୂଦନ ଦାଶଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଆଜି ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମିଳନୀ କକ୍ଷରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଉଠା ଜଳସେଚନ କର୍ପୋରେସନ (ଓଏଲଆଇସି) ଅଧୀନରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଉଠା ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବୈଠକ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ବୈଠକରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାପାଳ ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପଗୁଡ଼ିକର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଉଚ୍ଚମାନରେ ଓ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରିତ ସମୟସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ସମୀକ୍ଷା ବେଳେ ସୂଚନା ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲା ଯେ ୨୦୨୫–୨୬ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ୧୦୬୪ଟି ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ୯୦ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଫର୍ମର ସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିସାରିଛି ଏବଂ ଟିପିଡବ୍ଲିଓଡିଏଲ୍‌ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ ପରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ। ଅନ୍ୟ ୨୧୦ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ଟ୍ରାନ୍ସଫର୍ମର କ୍ରୟ କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରାଯିବ। ୨୨୩ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ୬ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ସୁପରଭିଜନ ଚାର୍ଜ ଜମା ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୧୭୭ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଜମା କରାଯିବ। ସିଏଲ୍‌ଆଇପିଏସ୍‌ (CLIPS) ଯୋଜନାରେ ୨୭ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଦେଶ ଜାରି ହୋଇଥିବାବେଳେ ୨୪ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପରେ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତୀକରଣ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହୋଇଛି। ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ୩ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ଟିପିଡବ୍ଲିଓଡିଏଲ୍‌ର ସହଯୋଗରେ ଚଳିତ ମାସ ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି। ଅଚଳ ଉଠା ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ପୁନରୁଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇଁ ୬୬ଟି ଏବଂ ପୁରୁଣା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ସୁଦୃଢ଼ୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ ୯୩ଟି ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପକୁ ଓଏଲଆଇସି ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ଅନୁମତି ମିଳିଛି। ଆର୍‌ଆଇଡିଏଫ୍‌ ଯୋଜନାରେ ୨୦୨୬–୨୭ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ୧୨୬ଟି ନୂତନ ନଦୀଭିତ୍ତିକ ଉଠା ଜଳସେଚନ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଡିପିଆର୍‌ ଓଏଲଆଇସି ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଅନୁମୋଦନ ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ରହିଛି। ସେହିପରି ୪୭୬ଟି କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ଓ ୩୦୫ଟି ସୌରଚାଳିତ ଗଭୀର ନଳକୂପ ପାଇଁ ଡିପିଆର୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଛି ଏବଂ ଟେଣ୍ଡର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ରହିଛି। ବୈଠକରେ ଓଏଲଆଇସିର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ କୁମାର ସେଠୀ, ଟିପିଡବ୍ଲିଓ ଡିଭିଜନର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ସୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଦେବ ପରିଡ଼ା, ସହକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଯନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମାନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ବୁଡ଼ାଙ୍କ ସମେତ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ।

ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା: ବେଗୁନିଆ ବ୍ଲକର ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ପୋଡାଡ଼ିହ ଗ୍ରାମପଞ୍ଚାୟତରେ ପଶୁପାଳକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗୋଖାଦ୍ୟ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ବନ୍ୟା ପରେ ଗୋପାଳନ ପାଇଁ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଚାରା ଓ ଖାଦ୍ୟର ଅଭାବ ଦେଖାଦେଇଥିବାରୁ ଏହି ସହାୟତା ପଶୁପାଳକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବେଶ୍ ଉପକାରୀ ହୋଇଛି।ପ୍ରଶାସନିକ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ପରିବାରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଗୋଖାଦ୍ୟ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକେ ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପକୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ କରିବା ସହ ବନ୍ୟା ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସମୟରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଏଭଳି ସହାୟତା ପଶୁସମ୍ପଦ ସୁରକ୍ଷାରେ ସହାୟକ ହେବ ବୋଲି ମତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ପ୍ରଶାସନ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବନ୍ୟା ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ସହାୟତା ଓ ରିଲିଫ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜାରି ରହିଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି।

ଗୁରୁବାର ଦିନ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ଼ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ନୂଆଗାଁ ବ୍ଳକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ଶାଲଗେ ମନି ଟୁଡୁ ଙ୍କ ସଭାପତିତ୍ବରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି. ଏହି ଶିବିରରେ କ୍ରୀଡା ଶିକ୍ଷକଙ୍କର ମାର୍ଗ ଦର୍ଶନ କରିଥିଲେ. ବ୍ଲକ କ୍ରୀଡା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ସଂଘ ର ସମ୍ପାଦକ ଦୀପକ କୁମାର ବେହେରା ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି, ଖୋଖୋ,କବାଡ଼ି, ଫୁଟବଲ୍, କ୍ରିକେଟ, ଭଲି ଓ ଆ ଥଲେଟିକ ଖେଳ ତଥ୍ଯ କିପରି ପରିଚାଳନା ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ତଥା ଜୋନ୍ ସ୍ତରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ ସେ ନେଇ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ. ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ରେ ଏହି ବ୍ଲକ କିପରି ସୁନାମ ଆଣିବ ସେ ନେଇ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଥିଲେ. ଗତ ବର୍ଷ ବ୍ଲକ ର ଖେଳାଳି ମାନେ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ତଥା ରାଜ୍ଯ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ମନୋନିତ ହୋଇଥିବାରୁ ବ୍ଲକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏହାର ଶ୍ରେୟ କ୍ରୀଡା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ. ଏହି ବ୍ଲକ ରେ 17 ଟି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ର କ୍ରୀଡା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମାନେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ସୁଚିନ୍ତିତ ମତାମତ ରଖିଥିଲେ |

ଏକ ବିଶେଷ ସୂତ୍ରରୁ ସୂଚନା ପାଇ ଖୋର୍ଦ୍ଧା ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଟାଙ୍ଗୀ ପୋଲିସ କୁହୁଡି ଫାଣ୍ଡି ନିକଟସ୍ଥ ୧୬ ନମ୍ବର ଜାତୀୟ ରାଜପଥରେ ଚଢ଼ାଉ କରି ୩୨ କେଜି ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଜବତ କରିବା ସହ ୬ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି। ଚୋରା ଚାଲାଣରେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ଏକ ଡାକ୍ତର ଲୋଗୋ ଲାଗିଥିବା ଦାମୀ କାର, ଏକ ବୋଲେରୋ ଏବଂ କିଛି ମୋବାଇଲ ଫୋନ ମଧ୍ୟ ପୋଲିସ ଜବତ କରିଛି। ଟାଙ୍ଗୀ ଥାନା ପରିସରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ପ୍ରେସମିଟ୍‌ରେ ଥାନା ଅଧିକାରୀ (ଆଇଆଇସି) ରବୀନ୍ଦ୍ର କୁମାର ଭୁଜବଳ ଏହି ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ପୋଲିସର ସୂଚନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଚାଲାଣ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଗୁପ୍ତ ଖବର ପାଇ କୁହୁଡି ଫାଣ୍ଡି ନିକଟରେ ଦୁଇଟି ଗାଡ଼ିକୁ ଅଟକାଇ ତଲାସି କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସେଥିରୁ ଡାକ୍ତର ଲୋଗୋ ଥିବା କାରରୁ ୩୨ କେଜି ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ଜବତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଅନ୍ୟପକ୍ଷରେ ବୋଲେରୋ ଗାଡ଼ିଟି ଏସ୍କର୍ଟ ଭାବେ ବ୍ୟବହୃତ ହେଉଥିବା ପୋଲିସ କହିଛି। ଗିରଫ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତମାନେ କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ବାଲିଗୁଡା ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ବାପିନା ମଲିକ (୨୩), ଦୀପକ ମଲିକ (୨୦), ପରୀକ୍ଷିତ ମଲିକ (୨୫), ସଞ୍ଜୀବ କୁମାର ମଲିକ (୩୯), ଜୟରାମ ପ୍ରଧାନ (୨୫) ଓ ସଦାନନ୍ଦ ମଲିକ (୨୭) ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି। ଏହି ଚଢ଼ାଉରେ ଆଇଆଇସି ରବୀନ୍ଦ୍ର କୁମାର ଭୁଜବଳଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଏଏସଆଇ ତପନ କୁମାର ନାୟକ, ବସନ୍ତ କୁମାର ବେହେରା, ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟକାନ୍ତ ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଅରୁଣ କୁମାର ବାରିକ, ପ୍ରଭଞ୍ଜନ ବେହେରା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଜବତ ଗଞ୍ଜେଇକୁ ଟାଙ୍ଗୀ ତହସିଲଦାର ସନାତନ ମଲିକଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଓଜନ କରାଯାଇ ଜବତ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ କରାଯାଇଥିବାବେଳେ, ଏହି ରାକେଟ୍‌ରେ ଅନ୍ୟ କାହାର ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତି ରହିଛି କି ନାହିଁ ସେନେଇ ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକ ତଦନ୍ତ ଜାରି ରଖିଛି।
